We want you to share with us your stories about being in a band.  Because being in a band is about more than just music.  It's about relationships within a  community.  And while each story is unique, ultimately, they really are universal.

So we want you to share with us the stories of your BandMates.  You know, the funny, the irritating, the unexpected, the bittersweet. 

What makes you persevere when the going gets really tough.  Maybe, how you met that one person who really encouraged you or gave you inspiration when you had nothing else. 

Because we know that there are a multitude of obstacles: creative, logistical, psychological, and financial. 

Yet we do it because that emotional pay-off, when it does work, is transcendent. 

It doesn't even matter if you've never acually played a gig yet.  Maybe you're just two friends with a list of potentially great band names or a list of cool song titles.  It's all part of being a part of theBandMates community.
